As a key part of this venue's leadership team, you'll help create an environment where customers feel at home and staff feel empowered.The RoleAs the Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring a smooth, high-quality dining experience for every guest. You'll support senior leadership, guide and motivate the front and back-of-house teams, and uphold all food, beverage, and safety compliance standards. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, team development, and operational efficiency, you'll help drive both service excellence and sustainable business growthSkills & Experience

Leadership & Team Development: Proven ability to motivate and guide teams to success in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
Customer Focus: Strong passion for service excellence, with a proactive approach to customer needs and satisfaction.
Compliance Knowledge: RSA & RSG certifications essential; knowledge of gaming and WHS regulations preferred.
Operational Expertise: Experience managing daily hotel operations including staffing, reservations, beverage service, and POS.
Commercial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial impacts, including stock control, revenue opportunities, and cost efficiency.
