- Cultivate and grow existing accounts while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Manage multiple advertising campaigns from brief to execution, ensuring exceptional client service.
- Lead, manage, and guide a direct report, fostering their growth and performance.
- Proven sales experience in media, client marketing, or agency environments.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, essential for building strong client relationships.
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Solid understanding of digital media, coupled with strong numerical and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team while also working autonomously.
- An understanding of the data landscape and/or programmatic media skills (desirable).
