- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and client needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts in the CRM system.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities on the Sunshine Coast or Townsville.
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the Technology & Telecoms industry.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong ability to build and nurture client relationships.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to identify and act on growth opportunities.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools to manage sales pipelines effectively.
- A self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude.
- A valid driver's licence and the ability to travel within the Sunshine Coast or Townsville region as required.
