We are now looking for people to bring these experiences and services to life!We have a range of roles for qualified beauty specialists to provide elevated services in our Store of the Future. As a Counter Manager, you will utilise your expert beauty knowledge and customer service skills to create warm connections on the shop floor, uniting and inspiring your team to create memorable moments for our customers.Our Counter Managers are customer-obsessed, passionate about collaboration, and take pride in being ambassadors of our iconic beauty houses. In this role you will have the opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and grow your career with one of Australia's iconic luxury retail destinations.Responsibilities include

Have experience managing a leading a team.
Have completed a Diploma or Certificate in Beauty.
Have experience working within a customer-centric environment.

Have an exceptional service mindset and adaptable communication skills.
Are flexible to work retail hours which includes some late nights and weekends.
