We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Program Director to lead a large-scale operating model transformation within our data domain. This is a critical position embedded within the team, driving strategic workforce evolution amongst other key initiatives.About the RoleAs the Program Director - Data Transformation, you will oversee a multi-stream initiative focused on reshaping how our data teams are structured, recruited, and aligned to strategic business goals. This is not a change management role, we're looking for someone with hands-on delivery experience and the ability to lead across both strategic and technical dimensions.Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute a major operating model transformation within the data function.
Drive internal workforce strategy
Establish a permanent, embedded presence across program streams.
Build strong relationships with technical data professionals; be someone who understands their language and ways of working.
Work closely with executive and delivery stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes across multiple streams.
Provide program leadership across planning, execution, governance, and reporting.

Must have experience

Proven experience as a Program Director or Senior Program Manager leading complex transformation initiatives, ideally within the data/tech domain.
Experience within financial services
Strong understanding of data and analytics environments - able to build credibility with data professionals.
Demonstrated ability to execute workforce strategy and reduce third-party/vendor dependencies.
Comfortable being in the office 3 days per week to maintain stakeholder engagement and presence.
Skilled in navigating large, matrixed organisations and driving outcomes across diverse teams.
