Reporting directly to the executive team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end HR function across the business, supporting both site-based and office teams.You'll oversee one direct report and manage the relationship with an outsourced payroll provider, ensuring accuracy and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end recruitment and selection across a variety of roles (blue & white collar)Provide expert advice and support across all areas of HR operationsDevelop, review, and manage employment contracts, policies, and proceduresInterpret modern awards and enterprise agreements (EBA exposure essential)Support or lead EBA negotiation processes in collaboration with legal and IR advisorsGuide and coach managers through employee relations issues and performance managementSupport workforce planning and talent development strategiesOversee the outsourced payroll function, ensuring accuracy and complianceMentor and develop your direct report (HR Advisor)About YouYou are a confident and experienced HR professional who enjoys working in a hands-on, operational environment.
