
Automation Engineer Graduate

- Optimise the efficiency and uptime of our GTP and automation platforms
- Support preventative maintenance activities and weekday servicing
- Work closely with Engineering, DC Operations and Planning to align labour and automation strategies
- Analyse system and operational data to maximise output and ensure consistent lead times at lowest cost
- Develop and improve scalable processes across low, medium and peak demand periods
- A degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
- Natural leadership qualities — you’ve led a team, even if not yet in the workplace
- A proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment
- Familiarity with automation systems (e.g. Schaefer/SSI) a bonus
- Strong skills in Excel, data analysis, and clear communication
- Flexibility in adapting to rotating shift (morning/afternoon/night) essential.
