  • Implement the ecommerce roadmap & strategy across own Ecommerce & digital marketplaces.
  • Achieve agreed monthly sales targets, revenue, volume and profitability.
  • Manage Ecommerce trading calendar and partner with key stakeholders to ensure consistency and success of omni-channel experience for Triumph customers.
  • Provide weekly trade reports and chair weekly meetings.
  • Product and price management in conjunction with Merchandise Manager and Commercial Director
  • Provide analytics and consumer insights.
  • Product demand and sales forecasting.
  • Grow and review digital marketplaces to compliment Brand and own Ecommerce
Back End Development
  • Responsible for the back-end site maintenance
  • Daily operations for the website to improve the overall site with updates and publishing digital content.
  • Upload all non-product and product related content onto the website including homepage - banners, tiles, menus, page content, review navigation, pricing, sale, promotions, blog.
  • Web Plan maintenance
  • Support website development projects and online maintenance with the web dev team
  • Optimise product merchandising using data to drive logic.
  • Manage the implementation of new features, updates and fixes & monitor success.
Front End Development
  • Troubleshoot product and data issues and all website bug-fixing and project managing for UX optimisation and best practice.
  • Pro-actively identify opportunities to improve customer experience and sales.
  • Manage on site SEO & content, ratings & reviews.
  • Manage CRO
  • Data capture
  • CRM / CLM insights.
  • Provide tangible insights and analysis to the Commercial Director and Head of Marketing on ecommerce operations and opportunities.
Your ideal profile:
  • A formal qualification in business management, IT or digital communication would be well regarded.
  • Relevant qualifications with ideally 3+ years of experience in Digital & e-Commerce roles.
  • Prior Experience with Shopify Plus E-Commerce platform is desirable.
  • Demonstrated track record of devising sales and promotional strategies.
  • Proven track record in delivering end-to-end user experiences with a commercial result, delivered on-time and
  • within budget.
  • Strong commercial focus to deliver sales results and understanding of key P&L drivers.
  • Previous experience working in a retail team in an agile environment desired
  • Proficiency across Google Analytics, Data Studio, GTM, GMB, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, SEO and
  • SEM principles is a must!
  • Solid understanding of eCommerce metrics and analytics data (customer segmentation, campaign analytics)
  • Experience in CRM/database environment
  • Familiarity with A/B and multi-variant testing and experience in conversion optimization
  • UX/UI analysis tools
  • Experience working with and collaborating with a variety of different teams, ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
