- Strategization, setup, optimization and email flows, campaigns, and ongoing management.
- Daily data analysis of campaigns and flows identifying areas of opportunity to improve performance of campaigns and maximize revenue
- Site popup and email split-tests and optimization to ensure we are getting the best return possible out of every send.
- Ad Copy that would leave Eugene Schwartz high-fiving you
- Technical setup of tracking scripts and conversion event codes
- Setup, management and optimization of the email/SMS experience.
- A list cleaning master
- Collaborate with internal Senior eComm Strategists and support team on cross-channel campaign co-ordination and performance reporting
- Liaise with clients and provide detailed reports and ongoing performance improvement plans for each month and quarter
- Always staying up to date with the latest changes on the platform, to the benefit of both our clients and the wider Right Hook team - we're all about ELEVATING ONE AND OTHER.
- 1-2+ years of eCommerce Email experience
- 1 - 2+ years of Klaviyo experience.
- Proven track record of exceptional Email campaigns and flow results managing 100,000 lists.
- Strong design and copywriting ability. We need emails to be on brand. You won't be designing it but need that eye and ability to communicate it.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Excellent Productivity and Prioritization skills
- Elite communication skills - both written and verbal

- Solid base salary of AUD $65-90k (based on experience/track record + upside potential to cap at $110k+ after commissions and performance bonuses) with solid bonus structure rewarding performance and account growth, plus accompanying commission structure for cross-selling of additional services.
- Access to training from some of the world’s elite digital marketers, courses and Email pros - we bring the industry names in every month to do account reviews and Q&A sessions.
- Get to work alongside some of the worlds most passionate and driven eCommerce Marketers on a daily basis. We are a super tight nit team of eCommerce Growth marketers and entrepreneurs - many of us having owned, run and exited our own ventures and or previously worked client-side.
- Have a support team to lean on assisting with communications, copy writing, video creation and graphic design. The more your accounts scale, the more resources you will have at your disposal.
