Minimum of two (2) years' experience in dealing with employee relation matters
High level of communication skills including the ability to influence and negotiate good outcomes with a broad range of people
Experience in providing coaching and advice related to human resources
Case management experience of employee or industrial relation matters
Demonstrated ability to handle conflict resolution
Ability to analyse data and produce HR metric reports
Current unrestricted NT Driver's License or ability to obtain
