Come and join a progressive organisation delivering community-led programs with the Northern Territory's largest Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Service.Full-time Contract37.5 hours per week$88,861 - $103,623 per annumTotal Effective Package*$110,597 - $127,354About the roleReporting to the Senior Workforce Manager, the Workforce Partner is responsible for working collaboratively with team leaders, supervisors and managers to deliver guidance and support across a wide range of human resources matters.To be considered for this position, you will require:
  • Minimum of two (2) years' experience in dealing with employee relation matters
  • High level of communication skills including the ability to influence and negotiate good outcomes with a broad range of people
  • Experience in providing coaching and advice related to human resources
  • Case management experience of employee or industrial relation matters
  • Demonstrated ability to handle conflict resolution
  • Ability to analyse data and produce HR metric reports
  • Current unrestricted NT Driver's License or ability to obtain
