We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager (Key Account Manager) to lead a portfolio of Villages for a key client in Central Queensland. This site-based role offers a unique opportunity to oversee multi-functional teams across catering, cleaning, and village services, while building trusted relationships with key stakeholders.Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end operations across multiple Villages, including catering, cleaning, mine site cleaning, and accommodation services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the client and key stakeholders to drive service excellence and organic growth.
- Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with all ISS and client policies, procedures, and HSE systems.
- Deliver against KPIs and budgets with full P&L accountability.
- Partner with ISS's Operational Performance Team to drive continuous improvement and contract success.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture focused on learning and development.
- Manage talent through succession planning and leadership development initiatives.
- Represent ISS professionally in all matters, both internally and externally.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a senior operational leadership role in the resources, mining village, integrated services, or hospitality sector.
- Demonstrated success in managing client relationships at a senior level, ideally within a matrix environment.
- Proven ability to drive performance through clear operational planning, financial acumen, and strategic leadership.
- Strong commitment to HSE compliance and safety-first culture.
- Exceptional communication skills with a professional approach to service delivery.
- Inspirational leader who can engage and develop teams across remote operations.
- Open Manual C Class Driver's Licence.
