  • Demonstrated effective clinical drug knowledge and competence in its application to achieve safe and efficient quality care.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the patient medication review process.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently with limited supervision to meet team objectives.
  • Proven organisation skills and a capacity to manage a complex workload.
  • Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills necessary to interact effectively with patients and other stakeholder to improve patient care and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
  • Demonstrated skills and experience in problem solving displaying judgement, initiative and independence.
  • Current continued professional development plan relevant to hospital pharmacy and a commitment to participate in on-going education.
