About YouYou're a proven leader with at least 2 years of management experience in a high-volume hospitality setting - think casual dining, QSR, or pubs. You know how to rally a team, lift performance, and build a great culture from the ground up.You thrive on responsibility, love hitting targets, and don't shy away from the details - whether it's stock control, service standards or compliance.
