This role will support the planning and delivery of major programmes through effective schedule management and analysis.
  • Schedule Baseline Management - Facilitate the establishment and maintenance of schedule baselines across workstreams.
  • Schedule Updates - Import and manage contractor schedules using Primavera P6.
  • Progress Analysis - Conduct monthly reviews of progress against planned activities and forecast dates.
  • Integrated Scheduling - Develop and maintain a unified programme schedule across multiple delivery streams.
  • Schedule Alignment - Analyse and report on alignment between interfacing project schedules.
  • Critical Path Reviews - Lead monthly reviews of the critical path and programme status with stakeholders.
QualificationsWe're looking for a detail-oriented scheduling professional with strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Primavera P6 Expertise - Proficient in using P6 for schedule development and updates.
  • Infrastructure Experience - Background in infrastructure or capital project delivery.
  • Schedule Integration - Skilled in aligning multiple contractor schedules into a cohesive programme.
  • Critical Path Analysis - Strong understanding of schedule risk and critical path methodologies.
  • Reporting Tools - Familiarity with PowerBI or similar tools for schedule reporting.
  • Communication Skills - Able to clearly present schedule insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
