The role and dutiesReporting into the operations Manager you'll be looking after a team of 10 experienced mechanics and apprentices. Based wholly off the tools, you will enjoy leading, mentoring and organising the team whilst driving a collaborative work environment. You'll also be responsible for;

Assigning tasks to team members based on their experience
Assist in record keeping and coordinating warranty claims
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Ensure the team adhere to quality standards
Parts forecasting

Your valueYou will have come from a mining or earthmoving background with previous experience leading a team. You'll also consider yourself a motivated "people focused" leader with a drive to run a thriving team and assist the team when necessary. Additionally you will have;-

Mechanical trade qualification
Experience supervising a team (Either in a leading hand or supervisor role)
Great communication skills
Affective time management and organisational skills.
A strong attention to detail and quality control
