About the Role:As a key member of our Solution Delivery Team, you’ll lead the establishment of a cutting-edge Value Management function. This role is pivotal in integrating value-led thinking into our digital delivery, governance, and program management practices. You’ll work across Agile, MSP, and benefits realisation frameworks to ensure our digital initiatives are efficient, strategic, and aligned with long-term community and regulatory outcomes.Key Responsibilities

Establish and lead the organisation's Value Management capability, including framework design and stakeholder engagement.
Drive optimisation and benefits realisation across a multi-program digital portfolio.
Identify opportunities to enhance cost, schedule, and quality performance.
Design and implement value reporting tools – dashboards, metrics, and tracking systems.
Collaborate with governance, finance, operations, and delivery teams to embed value processes.
Champion cultural change and uplift capability in value-led planning.
Facilitate retrospectives and forums to foster continuous improvement.

Skills & Experience

Proven experience in program/value management within regulated environments.
Strong grasp of Agile, waterfall, and Queensland Government’s MSP framework.
Exceptional change leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to translate strategic goals into measurable outcomes.
Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and benefits quantification.

Desirable Qualifications

Agile and MSP certifications (Foundation or Practitioner).
Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Program Management, Business, or related fields.
