Partnership – Leveraging our collective expertise to connect people to products and services.Our Commercial Supply Chain department is seeking a hands-on SAP specialist to join us for a 12-month fixed-term placement. This role will play a critical part in supporting the transition from GEP SAP to S4 HANA across the JANZ region, working closely with our global implementation team and internal stakeholders.Reporting to the Director Supply Chain – Australia, this opportunity is ideal for individuals with strong project delivery experience, deep supply chain knowledge, and a proactive mindset. You’ll be embedded within our Commercial Supply Chain team, helping to ensure a smooth and effective transition to the new system while driving key deliverables and supporting business readiness.Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the local SAP subject matter expert supporting the transition from GEP SAP to S4 HANA across the JANZ region.
- Collaborate with the global implementation team to ensure local business requirements are captured and addressed.
- Lead hands-on activities including system testing, training, SOP and work instruction development, and stakeholder onboarding.
- Support supply chain process optimisation within the new S4 HANA environment.
- Develop and maintain project plans, track progress, and report on key milestones and risks.
- Provide functional expertise across OTC, P2S, and P2P processes.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business timelines and expectations.
- Conduct data analysis and prepare reports to support decision-making and project tracking.
- Proven experience in SAP project delivery, particularly in GEP SAP and S4 HANA environments.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and systems.
- Hands-on experience with OTC (Order to Cash), P2S (Plan to Stock), and P2P (Procure to Pay).
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Collaborative and adaptable in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
