- Supply chain, operations management preferably in a medium to large organisation
- Project management experience essential
- Experience in a corporate environment dealing with complex organisational structures
- Hospitality or facilities management industry experience particularly in remote locations an advantage
- Supply Chain systems and tools (e.g. SAP, JDE, Power BI, Contract Management).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Proven expertise in organizational, project, and change management, with a demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities effectively

- Lead and inspire the procurement support team by setting clear goals and expectations whilst providing guidance and support.
- Excellent communication skills ensuring to convey information clearly to the procurement support team, key stakeholders and suppliers, including but not limited to active listening, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.

- Central point of contact for governance and risk related matters for Supply Chain and support GM Supply Chain in managing governance frameworks and supply chain risks.
- Process
- Develop, implement, and manage an end-to-end supply chain and procurement governance framework, mandates, policies and procedures.
- Overseeing the integration, development and maintenance of technology systems used in Procurement and Supply (in particular, ERP).
- Review Supply Chain activities, including system events, to ensure actions are in accordance with procurement and contract management policies & procedures, legislation and company directives.
- Leveraging technology to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and visibility across the supply chain.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and integrate supply chain software solutions, such as ERP, WMS, TMS, and SCM systems.
- Ensure seamless integration between different systems and data sources to facilitate efficient information flow across the supply chain network.
- Establish and maintain data governance standards for supply chain and procurement systems, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security.
- Identify opportunities for process automation, workflow improvements, and system enhancements to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
- Ensure that supply chain systems comply with relevant regulatory requirements, data privacy laws, and industry standards.
- Implement measures to mitigate risks related to system vulnerabilities, data breaches, or operational disruptions.
- Ensuring Supply Chain Visibility by implementing systems or technologies that provide visibility across the supply chain, enabling real-time tracking of orders and timely updates for the Civeo business.
- Ensuring accuracy, consistency, and completeness of master data across different systems and databases to avoid errors or discrepancies in supply chain and procurement processes.
- Collaborating with various departments within the organization (such as IT, finance and operations) to ensure alignment and accuracy of master data across different functions.
- Managing changes in master data structures or systems efficiently, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to ongoing supply chain operations.
- Ensure all health, safety, quality and environmental standards and legislation are strictly implemented, ensuring a safe environment for employees, customers, contractors, and visitors, delivering year on year reduction in non-compliance and incidents.
- Maintain all agreed health, safety, quality, and environmental accreditations, including but not limited to AS/NZS 4801, OHSAS 18001, ISO 9001, ISO 22000 and HACCP.
- Understanding cost structures within the supply chain, analysing expenses, and identifying areas for cost reduction or optimization without compromising quality or service.
- Familiarity with key financial metrics and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) relevant to supply chain and procurement operations, such as cost-to-serve, inventory turnover, and working capital management.
- Ensuring accurate and timely reporting related to supply chain and procurement activities, complying with accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Any other required duties appropriate to the scope, nature, and seniority of the role.
- Provide Supply Chain and Procurement processes and procedure guidance to the wider team, and business.
- Oversee all aspects of Supply Chain and Procurement project support across the Civeo business.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend innovative solutions that drive continuous improvement across the supply chain and procurement function.
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce or Supply Chain (preferred) or equivalent experience outlined below.
- Proven experience (5-10 years) in supply chain and procurement management, logistics, or operations, with a track record of successfully managing complex supply chain and procurement networks.
- Proficient with the implementation and management of supply chain software, ERP systems, WMS, TMS, and other relevant technologies (5-10 years' experience)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams, set a clear vision, delegate tasks effectively, and motivate others toward achieving best business outcomes.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards relating to supply chain and procurement operations.
- Excellent facilitation, coaching and mentoring skills.
- Strong time management and organisational ability.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead system implementation projects from initiation to completion.
