This critical leadership role spans multiple locations across Australia, ensuring our teams, processes and tools are set up to deliver on some of the nation's most important Defence programs.As a member of the Engineering & Technology leadership team, you will actively guide our people, strengthen engineering governance, and advocate for the needs of teams and individuals. - Lead and develop Hardware Engineering capability across people, processes, tools and training.
- Manage resources across programs, ensuring alignment to business priorities.
- Partner with program leadership on execution, delivery and review of hardware engineering work packages.
- Support bids and proposals, ensuring technical excellence and innovation.
- Provide functional governance, driving consistency and best practice.
- Mentor and inspire individuals to achieve their potential, fostering a strong team culture.
- Deliver effective communication and feedback channels between staff and leadership.
- Lead induction, probation, and performance management processes.
