This permanent, full-time role offers a Monday to Friday roster working a 9-day fortnight and the chance to leverage your trades and leadership experience to drive outcomes for this high performing team.What you’ll be doing
As a Foreman at Hastings Deering, you will:Lead and support your crew – provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to help team members perform at their best.Champion safety – maintain and promote the highest safety standards across all work activities.Plan and coordinate work – set clear targets, manage schedules, and organise parts, labour, and tooling to keep jobs running smoothly.Share your expertise – assist with complex diagnostics and failure analysis to get repairs done right the first time.Drive improvement – contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that boost efficiency, quality, and safety.Collaborate across teams – work with other Foremen and service teams to ensure all customer needs are met on time.Who are we and why work with us?Hastings Deering is proud to be one of the top 5 Caterpillar dealerships globally.
