- Collaborate with the Business Unit leadership team to embed the organisation's Risk Management Framework.
- Lead and support risk assessments, ensuring effective controls are designed, implemented, and tested.
- Partner with stakeholders to align business processes with best-practice risk management and compliance.
- Maintain accurate and transparent risk registers, providing insightful reporting to executive and enterprise-level stakeholders.
- Oversee remediation of control failures, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Analyse data and provide reporting into emerging risks, trends, and exceptions.
- Support compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policy obligations.
- Champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to strengthen processes, systems, and controls.
- Deep knowledge of risk management frameworks, controls, and compliance.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Proven ability to assess risk in complex business and operational environments.
- Analytical capability to interpret data and present clear, actionable insights.
- Experience working with governance, audit, or regulatory stakeholders.
