Part-time: Monday to Wednesday | Rosanna, VICCollin & Kirk Rosanna are looking for an enthusiastic and patient focused Optical Receptionist/Assistant to join our team.What you’ll be doing:
- Greet patients with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage phone calls, appointment scheduling, and enquiries.
- Assist patients in choosing frames and lenses that suit their prescription, lifestyle, and sense of style.
- Maintain accurate records, billing, and invoicing.
- Provide support with ordering, stock control, and product knowledge.
- Deliver follow up services such as frame adjustments and minor repairs.
- Previous optical or reception experience preferred, but not essential.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A friendly, compassionate manner with patients.
- An interest in fashion and eyewear trends.
- A keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Supportive team culture - you’ll never feel on your own.
- Work directly with an experienced Optometrist/Owner.
- Part-time hours (Mon - Wed) with no weekends.
