About the RoleAn outstanding opportunity exists for an experienced Manager / Senior Manager to join a vibrant and growing Business Services team. With a strong advisory focus, you'll work closely with SMEs, private family groups, and high-net-worth individuals across diverse industries.
This is more than compliance - it's about building relationships, solving problems, and helping clients achieve their goals. You'll be supported to grow your technical expertise, business development skills, and leadership capability, setting you up for long-term career success.What you'll be doing:

Managing your own client portfolio and building strong relationships with business owners and decision-makers
Leading strategic discussions and delivering high-quality advisory services
Overseeing a team, providing guidance, mentorship, and review of work
Reviewing and managing complex financial statements, tax returns, and consolidations
Advising on tax planning and structuring (Div 7A, CGT, FBT, GST and more)
Managing workflow, budgets, and deadlines for client engagements
Supporting business development and building your professional network
Driving process improvements and bringing fresh ideas to the table

What we're looking for:

CA/CPA qualified with proven public practice experience
Strong technical skills across compliance and advisory
A commercial mindset with a genuine interest in clients' businesses
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Developing leadership experience with the ability to mentor juniors
Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused approach
Strong digital skills (MS Office, Xero, cloud accounting platforms)
