- CDE Engagement (80% ANZ, 20% APAC): Lead consultant enablement and specification efforts across Australia and New Zealand, with support into select Asia-Pacific markets as needed.
- Consultant Upskilling: Develop and deliver enablement strategies to educate consultants and design engineers on Genetec's platform, architecture, and solutions.
- Drive Specification: Influence the early design stages of projects to ensure Genetec's technology is specified and considered across verticals.
- Ecosystem Navigation: Engage key stakeholders throughout the value chain-from vendor to integrator to main contractor and end-user.
- Thought Leadership: Represent Genetec at industry forums, security expos, and technical working groups, particularly where design and compliance are involved.
- Strategic Relationship Management: Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with top-tier security consulting firms and engineering practices.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with regional sales, business development, and marketing to integrate CDE efforts with broader strategic initiatives.
- Voice of the Market: Provide market intelligence and field insights to help shape Genetec's regional positioning and roadmap.
- Present business proposals and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, or a related field /or demonstrated experience in Enterprise Physical Security Sales.
- Minimum 10-15 years. This candidate must possess Consultancy Experience in Physical Security. Experience in Enterprise Sales. Ability to understand the ecosystem sales from Vendor (Manufacturers) to System Integrator to Main Contractors and to End-Users.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and projects simultaneously.
- Deep understanding of the project and procurement lifecycle in the physical security ecosystem.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, particularly with consultants, engineers, and design influencers.
- Experience working across the vendor-SI-contractor-end user chain.
- Tertiary qualifications in engineering, security technology, or business are preferred; equivalent industry experience will also be considered.
- Willingness to travel across Australia and New Zealand, with occasional travel to other Asia-Pacific countries (~20%).
