- Is a self-starter with strong initiative - You don't wait for instructions; you see what needs doing and make it happen. You spot opportunities before others and speak up with new ideas.
- Has a hands-on, get-it-done mindset - You're happy to roll up your sleeves and tackle any task, even the unglamorous ones, as long as it moves the needle. You get satisfaction from crossing things off the list.
- Is a relationship-builder - You understand that business is built on connections. You're naturally warm and personable, great at building rapport with new people and staying in touch with your network.
