Perform asphalt paving, resurfacing, and repair work according to project specifications
Operate and maintain asphalt paving equipment, including pavers, rollers, and compactors
Ensure quality control and adherence to safety guidelines on construction sites
Collaborate effectively with the team to complete projects within deadlines
Participate in routine maintenance and repairs of equipment as required
Work within shift patterns (Day and Night)

There are multiple positions available:1-2x Asphalt Contracting Crew

Asphalt experience ideal
RII Roller ticket ideal
RII Skid steer (Bobcat) ticket ideal
HR licence ideal
Requires shift work

2x Asphalt Plant Production Labour

Asphalt batching experience ideal
Front end loader ticket essential
RII Skid steer (Bobcat) ticket ideal
Requires shift work

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Asphalter or similar role
Knowledge of asphalt paving techniques and road construction
Ability to operate and maintain asphalt equipment (Roller, bobcat, Skid Steer, etc)
HR highly desirable
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Construction Safety Induction (White Card)
Located in Gold Coast ways
