Chandler Macleod are seeking reliable and efficient warehouse associates to join our team on the afternoon shift working in both Voice Picking, Sortation and Palletising. You’ll play a key role in the end-to-end order fulfillment process, working in a fast-paced environment that values safety, accuracy, and teamwork.The warehouse is located in Minchinbury and there is ample car parking available onsite.Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Voice Picking – Pick-to-Belt Operations

Use a voice-directed picking system (headset) to receive real-time instructions.
Navigate aisles and accurately pick items for customer orders.
Place picked items onto a conveyor belt for packing and shipment.
Report product or inventory discrepancies to supervisors.
Maintain productivity targets while ensuring high accuracy and safety.

Sortation and Palletising

Palletize sorted items by stacking and wrapping them securely for dispatch.
Ensure correct labeling and order grouping before shipping.
Assist in the sortation process by organising packages based on route or destination.
Maintain clean, safe, and organised work areas in sortation and palletising zones.
Follow all manual handling and safety protocols.

What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a warehouse, pick/pack, or palletising role preferred but not required.
Physically fit and able to lift, bend, and stand for long periods (up to 8-10 hours).
Able to work in a fast-paced team environment with strong attention to detail.
Comfortable using voice picking systems and handling repetitive tasks.
Available to work PM shifts and rostered across weekdays and weekends.
