You'll also play a key role in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and product quality.Key Responsibilities

Operate and set up machinery to meet production targets
Conduct quality checks to ensure product standards
Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance
Replenish machines with raw materials
Troubleshoot equipment issues and minimise downtime
Complete production and quality reporting
Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives

What You'll BringEssential Skills & Experience:

Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail
Sound communication and basic computer skills
Experience operating manual machinery in an FMCG environment

Desirable:

Forklift license
Experience in printing or packaging
Familiarity with GMP, 5S, and OFS systems
