Allstaff Resources is currently recruiting for multiple Machine Operators, Process Workers, and Production Staff on behalf of several reputable clients within the manufacturing and packaging sectors. With ongoing growth and expansion across various sites, we have immediate opportunities available for motivated individuals to join on 38+ hour contracts across Day, Afternoon, and Night shifts.Key Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

Setting up and operating production or packaging machinery
Feeding materials into machines and monitoring output
Programming or assisting with robotic machinery
Quality control checks and product inspection
Following safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Ideal candidates will possess the following:

Previous experience in machine operation, process work, or general manufacturing
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
A strong attention to detail and focus on quality
Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including a drug & alcohol test
