We are seeking a highly motivated Contract Management Specialist to join our team and support the successful delivery of sustaining capital projects. In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop and implement effective contract strategies that drive commercial value and operational efficiency.Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to support the delivery of sustaining capital projects.
Develop and implement contract strategies that unlock value creation opportunities.
Lead tendering, negotiation, and implementation of strategic contracts to achieve favourable commercial outcomes.
Build strong, outcome-focused relationships with internal customer teams.
Partner closely with Contract Owners to monitor and support contractor performance.
Apply industry insights, innovations, and market intelligence to enhance planning and decision-making.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the end-to-end Supply Chain to drive efficiency, optimise operations, and maximise value.

Qualifications and Experience:

Proven experience in contract management, strategic sourcing, or commercial roles.
Strong stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
Experience in commercial construction or capital project environments is highly regarded.
Ability to interpret and apply market trends to support strategic outcomes.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills.
