Our client is a dynamic and growing head contractor that focus on delivering specialised niche projects, they deliver some of the most complex and unique projects across Australia. This role provides an excellent opportunity to join a close-knit team based in the heart of Sydney. The successful candidate will be a registered Architect with at least 5 years’ experience, strong design skills, and the technical capability to manage projects through all phases from concept to completion. Candidates with experience working across luxury retreats, multi-residential, student accommodation, build-to-rent, or government projects will be highly regarded. Responsibilities: • Oversee projects from concept design through to handover • Liaise and work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and local authorities • Deliver detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation • Lead client presentations, meetings, and site visits Requirements: • Registered Architect in NSW • 5 + years’ experience delivering new build projects • • Must’ve worked with Revit before • Strong communication skills This is a permanent full-time position providing a great opportunity to work with a successful and rapidly growing organisation who offer challenging work and the potential for career progression.
