ABOUT THE POSITION.Step into a pivotal role where you'll have the opportunity to lead large-scale projects which will shape the skyline of the city. Be involved in the design, coordination, and delivery of high-calibre multi-residential projects. Lead all phases of the architectural process, including preparation and delivery of DA and CC packages
Manage project teams, consultants, stakeholders, timelines, and budgets to ensure smooth project execution
Attend site meetings, resolve on-site issues, review shop drawings, and ensure delivery aligns with the design intent and project vision

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.

Tertiary education in Architecture, Registration is desirable
High proficiency with ArchiCAD, able to do mark-ups
Proven experience leading multi-residential, mixed-use, or commercial projects
