- Provide accurate updates and information to clients in a timely manner, ensuring expectations are managed effectively.
- Oversee the administration of client files from opening to closure, maintaining a high standard of organisation.
- Draft and produce client correspondence with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Handle and action all incoming post promptly and efficiently.
- Prepare and process client invoices with accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
- Perform a range of general administrative tasks as required to support the team.
- Experience in a legal support role is highly regarded but not essential. We welcome candidates with transferable administrative skills and a strong interest in the legal sector.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to multi-task, prioritise effectively, and perform under pressure.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Confidence and resilience in fast-paced environments, with the tenacity to meet deadlines.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering work of the highest standard.
- Excellent and tactful communication skills, including verbal, written, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven capacity to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Sound judgement in escalating issues or information to a supervisor when necessary.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
