You are someone with:
- Extensive financial functional and operational support experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP solution.
- Experience working with developers and creating Functional Design Document from Business Process document of the client and perform testing.
- Experience in working with Technical D365 consultants and support clients through upgrades and new releases
- Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships, ensuring their needs are met with tailored solutions and exceptional service delivery, account management experience is highly regarded.
- Broader experience in service management and Application Management Services and working with different service management tools.
- Foundational knowledge of the ITIL framework.
