- Providing technical support for CHL’s organisational systems, initially Dynamics Finance & Operations (F&O) and later once BAU is achieved with F&O, apps will include MS Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM, Field Services), HR (Dayforce), Rostering, Operational and Clinical systems
- Configuring and customising Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules using configurations, workflows, and basic customisation tools to meet evolving business needs
- Providing technical support and expertise for issue resolution, including complex and escalated problems
- Managing application security roles and permissions to ensure appropriate access and data integrity
- Conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) and providing end-user support and training
- Contributing to the design and implementation of application enhancements and upgrades
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, providing technical expertise to drive solutions and resolve issues
- Maintaining awareness of emerging IT trends and their potential impact on our applications
- Creating and maintaining knowledge articles, ensuring that application information and data remain current, accurate, and readily accessible to relevant stakeholders
- Demonstrated technical experience with troubleshooting principles, methodologies, and issue resolution techniques – Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations (F&O) - Essential to be considered
- Degree qualified in a relevant Information Technology discipline
- 3-5 years' demonstrated experience in supporting and maintaining organisational systems
- Experience building solutions using MS D365 best practices and deploying D365 solutions to higher environments - Essential
- Strong understanding of systems integration principles across business applications, including MS Dynamics 365 (F&O, CE, Field Services), MS Forms Pro, and MS Logic Apps - Essential
- Demonstrated experience configuring and customising MS D365 F&O, CE & Field Services and Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Experience in building and maintaining databases for query and problem tracking
- Working knowledge of ITIL framework
- Experience in developing and interpreting technical documentation for training and end-user procedures.
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Strong capability and technical knowledge of application systems in addition to F&O, such as Dynamics CE, Field Services, ServiceNow, and SharePoint
- Broad knowledge of programming languages and techniques
- Knowledge and understanding of security models as implemented in business applications.
- Knowledge of the aged care, health, or related sector - desirable
