Bring your accounts receivable expertise to a major organisation and enjoy flexible hours, hybrid working, and a supportive team environment.This is a contract opportunity until December 2025 with the possibility of extension into 2026.We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Officer to join one of our major clients in the insurance industry on a contract basis. Based in Maroochydore, this role offers flexibility, working from home arrangements, and the opportunity to support key business operations.Key Responsibilities

Manage and follow up on outstanding premium payments.
Maintain accurate payment and customer records, including expiry updates.
Ensure data integrity across internal systems.
Work with customers to establish and manage payment plans.
Provide administrative and billing support to your direct manager.
Work independently through allocated lists and tasks.

What do you need?

Proven experience in accounts receivable is highly regarded.
Ability to adapt quickly to new systems.
Strong communication skills.
Insurance or call centre experience is highly regarded.
Reliable, organised, and detail focused.
