- Manage and follow up on outstanding premium payments.
- Maintain accurate payment and customer records, including expiry updates.
- Ensure data integrity across internal systems.
- Work with customers to establish and manage payment plans.
- Provide administrative and billing support to your direct manager.
- Work independently through allocated lists and tasks.
- Proven experience in accounts receivable is highly regarded.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new systems.
- Strong communication skills.
- Insurance or call centre experience is highly regarded.
- Reliable, organised, and detail focused.
