No mining experience? No problem! We understand that stepping into a new industry can feel daunting, but we've got you covered. With our full support and training, all we need from you is your leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a drive to succeed. Role will include 3 nights per week based in the Dysart area, camp provided.What does your day look like?

Partnering with clients to fulfill their workforce needs
Managing employees, including scheduling, leave, and shift coverage
Maintaining a strong on-site presence
Coordinating inductions and site orientations for new team members
Conducting health and safety activities to ensure compliance and well-being
