Supervise the end-to-end execution of technology implementations, ensuring service excellence.
Ensure delivery is compliant with Safety standards and Project plans.
Manage project budgets to achieve departmental financial goals.
Review and ensure compliance of all project documentation, maintaining accuracy and alignment with project requirements.
Facilitate communication and collaboration across stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying opportunities, resolving issues, and minimizing friction points.
Provide clear project leadership, maintaining compliance and accountability across all phases.
Report on progress, outcomes, and project performance to internal and external stakeholders

About YouA successful teammate will have experience in:

Relevant level of experience in a similar role, working within Caterpillar Mining Equipment and/or Mining Technology is preferred but not essential
Experience supervising a team
Certificate III or IV Trade certificate is preferred but not essential
Experience in Project Management is preferred but not essential
