Site Manager WantedMulti Residential ProjectSouth Gold Coast Based OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead delivery on high-end multi-level residential projects valued between $50M-$100M. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a Tier 2 builder with a strong pipeline of landmark developments across the Gold Coast.Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily site operations to ensure safety, quality, and program targets are achieved.
Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and trades.
Ensure compliance with WHS regulations and company standards.
Work closely with the Project Manager to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Conduct regular site meetings, reporting progress and resolving site-related issues.

About You

Proven track record as a Site Manager on multi-level residential projects ($50M+).
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies and WHS legislation.
Ability to foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
