In this strategic, standalone position, you'll lead the development and execution of quality and training frameworks across the group. With full ownership of the ISO-accredited QMS, you'll shape audit readiness, national compliance, and risk mitigation strategies. Your role will also champion capability uplift through blended training delivery, partnering closely with commercial, operational, and people leaders to embed best practice and continuous improvement across all locations.Duties
  • Own and maintain ISO 9001 QMS
  • Lead internal audits, NCOR, and CAPA reporting
  • Prepare and manage external audit readiness across all sites
  • Design and deliver national training programs
  • Develop SOPs and supporting training content
  • Provide insights on compliance risks to the executive team
  • Develop SOPs and training materials
  • Partner with operational leads to drive quality and process improvement
Skills and Experience
  • Certified ISO Lead Auditor with proven QMS ownership
  • Experienced in LMS platforms and national training design
  • Strong background in audit audit management and risk reporting
  • Clear, confident communicator who can influence across levels
