Due to continued growth, they’re looking to appoint an experienced broker to manage an existing portfolio while contributing to new business development within the SME and mid-market space.The RoleThis is a client-facing role where you will be responsible for delivering expert risk advice and tailored insurance solutions. You’ll manage a diverse portfolio of SME and commercial clients, ensuring a high level of service and client retention, while also identifying growth opportunities through networking and referrals.Key Responsibilities
- Deliver customised insurance strategies aligned with client needs and business goals
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of SME and commercial clients
- Identify and convert new business opportunities within the mid-market segment
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure a seamless service experience
- Stay up to date with market trends and insurance product developments
- Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification (essential)
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in insurance broking, underwriting, or financial services
- Strong knowledge of general insurance products, particularly SME and commercial lines
- Proven ability to manage client portfolios and drive business growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Cantonese language skills are highly desirable
- Well-established portfolio of SME and commercial clients
