As a Finance Analyst, you'll support budgeting, forecasting, and month-end processes for Enabling Functions. You'll deliver insights through reporting and analysis, helping stakeholders meet financial targets and drive performance.What You'll Do
  • Support the delivery of expense and FTE results for annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
  • Prepare templates, interpret business drivers, and load assumptions into TM1.
  • Deliver month-end activities including journal entries, variance analysis, and finance packs.
  • Provide written commentary and insights via Power BI and ad hoc reporting.
  • Analyse business metrics, review business cases, and provide decision support.
  • Maintain collaborative relationships with finance partners and business stakeholders.
What You'll Bring
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (mandatory); CPA/ACA/MBA (desired).
  • 2+ years' experience in financial services, ideally with insurance exposure.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in management reporting and decision support.
  • Advanced Excel skills (Power Query, Power Pivot, DAX) and familiarity with TM1, Oracle, and Power BI.
  • Excellent communication skills with a track record of reporting to senior leadership.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes under tight timeframes.
