Different location Sydney CBD | Close to Museum Station or Orchard Hills
$130K Package | 4-Month FTC or Hourly Rate

The Role:This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership and an in-depth understanding of payroll systems, processes, and compliance. You'll be based at their Head Office near Hyde Park or in Orchard Hill.

Lead end-to-end payroll processing and ensure compliance with local laws and company policies
Manage outsourced provider and maintain accurate payroll records
Drive process improvements, system upgrades, and audit preparation
Support HRIS implementation and advise on system best practices
Mentor and guide payroll team members, delivering timely feedback and support
Stay across payroll legislation, tax updates, and award interpretations (no EAs or awards in place currently)

What We're Looking For:

Extensive payroll experience (ideally across outsourced models)
Confident leader and hands-on operator
Able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of ADP (Payforce) and SuccessFactors a bonus
Comfortable managing manual timesheets and working with external audit partners
