- Ensure accurate processing of payroll, superannuation, and payroll tax in line with legislation, awards, and enterprise agreements.
- Develop, maintain, and deliver accurate regular and ad hoc payroll and HR reports to meet business needs and user satisfaction.
- Support, maintain, and optimize HRIS systems to improve functionality, compliance, and system performance.
- Maintain payroll and personnel records with high accuracy and integrity, ensuring timely updates and compliance with legislative requirements.
- Respond promptly to payroll-related enquiries, ensuring employee confidence and satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to streamline payroll and reporting processes, liaising with payroll, HR staff, and management to implement best practices.
- 5 year's experience managing full payroll functions using computerised systems, with strong knowledge of awards, legislation, and HR processes.
- Proven experience in systems, reporting, and data analysis, with strong numerical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with a strong focus on educating users and delivering quality service.
- Effective team player able to manage own workload, prioritise tasks, handle pressure, and respond to urgent requests.
