Startdate: ASAPWe're seeking a skilled and reliable Senior Payroll Officer with strong end-to-end payroll experience to join a large business during an exciting period of transformation. This role will play a key part in maintaining payroll accuracy and compliance while supporting the transition from Preceda to ADP.Benefits:

- Manage full-function, end-to-end payroll processing across multiple entities using Preceda.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, awards, and EBAs.
- Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and support month-end and year-end processes.
- Assist with the transition to ADP, including data migration, testing, and implementation support.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external vendors to streamline payroll operations.
- Proven experience in end-to-end payroll, ideally using Preceda.
- Exposure to payroll system transitions or implementations (ADP experience highly regarded).
- Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
- High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a proactive mindset.
