This role is integral to shaping the strategic direction of one of Australia's leading cooperatives.
You'll support the development and refresh of CBH's Corporate Strategy and Business Unit Plans, manage strategic projects, and deliver insights that influence decisions across the organisation.Location: Perth CBD officesResponsibilities include:Support the development and refresh of corporate and business unit strategies through benchmarking, competitor analysis, and strategic insightsAssist in preparing recommendations and presenting findings to senior management and the Board to support significant business decisionsLead and contribute to strategic projects across business units, managing smaller initiatives and supporting larger, cross-functional effortsPrepare financial models, conduct due diligence, and develop business cases that guide investment, growth, and capital planning decisionsEnhance team effectiveness by contributing to the development of strategy tools, templates, and planning processesAbout You:Postgraduate qualifications in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related fieldA proven track record in investment banking, management consulting, or significant experience in corporate strategy or professional services, demonstrating your ability to navigate complex business challenges and deliver high-impact strategic insightsStrong experience in financial modelling, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagementA collaborative mindset and the ability to distil complex information into clear, compelling insightsProject management experience and knowledge of commodity trading or supply chain operations (desirable but not essential)Why work with CBH?Work with meaning and being part of something biggerPlay a critical role in moving WA's grain from paddocks to ports, and on to countries all around the world.
