About the role:Reporting directly to the Store Manager, this successful applicant will be responsible for running the day-to-day operation of the store in the absence of the store management team.If successful, you will be required to assist with managing and coaching the team, completing job lists + much more!Working as a part of an enthusiastic team, in a highly competitive supermarket environment, applicants will be expected to demonstrate:

Grocery retail knowledge is desired
Ability to lead and manage a team
Ordering and cost control ability
Passion and enthusiasm, with a very "hands on" approach
