IT Helpdesk TechnicianWe are seeking a passionate Helpdesk Technician (Level 1) to join our experienced IT team based in Melbourne, to deliver quality technical support and customer service.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Applying technical knowledge to resolve faults;
  • Imaging of laptops;
  • Coordination of laptop repairs with vendor;
  • New user desk setups & faulty laptop swap overs;
  • Audio visual setup support for internal and external seminars and meetings;
  • Mobile phone setups & coordination of repairs;
  • Manage loan equipment and asset system;
  • Level 1 Helpdesk support as required;
  • Maintains positive relationship with all employees;
  • Maintains cyber security at all times. Cultivate an awareness of information security risks, stay informed of latest cyber threats, instil best cybersecurity practises and take practical steps to protect the firm and client from cyberattacks.
Skills / Knowledge:
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on producing accurate and high quality work;
  • Professional and confident telephone manner;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Exceptional organisational skills.
