Dreamworld is searching for a hands-on Marketing Executive who’s ready to roll up their sleeves and help bring our campaigns to life.This is the perfect role for someone with a solid marketing foundation who enjoys variety, thrives on juggling moving parts, and is excited by the energy that comes from working with a big brand (and a fun one at that).What you’ll be doing:
Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll be right in the middle of the action; coordinating campaign activity, supporting content production, and helping to execute activations that delight our guests and bring our brand to life. From photoshoots and social content to AI-assisted tools and in-park events, no two days are the same.Day to day, you’ll:
  • Coordinate multi-channel marketing campaigns - from briefing and asset management to dispatch and delivery.
  • Support the planning and execution of photo and video shoots, including talent, scheduling and on-site logistics.
  • Work with creative agencies, production partners and internal teams to keep timelines on track and campaigns aligned.
  • Assist with copywriting for social, promotional and campaign materials using AI-assisted writing tools.
  • Contribute to activations, events, and occasional media opportunities with a hands-on, can-do attitude.
  • Use digital tools to help with campaign scheduling, asset tagging and performance tracking.
  • Stay across industry trends and bring forward ideas to help us work smarter and faster.
What you’ll bring:
  • Previous experience in marketing campaign support, content coordination or brand marketing coupled with relevant tertiary qualifications.
  • A knack for organisation and detail, even when things get busy.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • The ability to write clearly and adapt tone across channels.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office - and if you’ve dabbled in Canva, Jasper, or Adobe tools, even better!
  • A collaborative, can-do attitude and the flexibility to help wherever needed.
