- Shape Atlassian tools to meet our business goals and delivery needs.
- Create a clear product roadmap and set priorities each quarter.
- Work closely with users, product managers, engineers, and delivery teams.
- Be the go-to person for Atlassian improvements, balancing priorities and expectations.
- Own and prioritise the Atlassian backlog, refining stories and epics.
- Support sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure smooth delivery.
- Ensure all changes meet governance, security, and change management standards.
- Promote best practice in configuring and using Jira, Confluence, and other Atlassian tools.
- Drive continuous improvement using feedback, metrics, and agile practices.
- Document workflows, decisions, and standards in Confluence and support onboarding.
- Deliver a clear, prioritised backlog that drives business value.
- Boost adoption of Atlassian tools, streamline workflows, and enhance team productivity.
- Experienced with Jira, Jira Align, Jira Service Management, and Confluence in agile enterprise environments through tool implementation, operationalisation, or maturity uplift projects as a Product Owner or Delivery Lead.
- Skilled at translating business needs into user stories, workflows, and epics.
- Hands-on experience configuring Jira, creating dashboards, reporting, and automation.
- Confident communicator and collaborator, able to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Atlassian certifications (ACP-100, ACP-600) and Agile/Product Owner credentials (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM) are a plus.
- Healthcare experience is highly valued.
